Hunter Valley

        Hunter valley…. Obligation to have a stop in this beautiful region! Famous for his wineries, we had the honor (of course) to try some Aussie specialties like the “Semillon”. Andre was really fan of it! We enjoyed few Chardonnay, Shiraz and Muscat and also some Merlot. Did you know that you taste this last one, in the middle of your thong and not as much in the front or the back? 

       

 

 

 

       One of the wineries produced some olives in huge farms. Olive oil and tapenade was extremely tasty…. But less than the wine as you can imagine!

Cross some kangaroo’s family and lamas by the road side.
